Camper Registration

DATES: Camper Registration is OPEN from February 14 to March 14, 2020 (inclusive).

AGE: To register as a camper you must be 9-years old by June 1st 2020.

STEPS TO REGISTER AS A CAMPER:

  1. Complete the online CAMPER REGISTRATION FORM by March 14, 2020.
  2. Complete the online MEDICAL WAIVER & PHOTO CONSENT.
  3. Successful camp applicants will be contacted by April 9, 2020.
  4. Registration Payment is due by April 21, 2020.

 

Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

 

If the camper registrations exceed capacity, campers’ names will be chosen by lottery to attend.

 

 

Camp Fees and Registration

Registration will be open from Feb 14 to March 14, 2020.  You will receive confirmation of registration by March 21, 2020 and your payment will be due by April 21, 2020.  Payments will be accepted by e-Transfer to tapawingo.fees@gmail.com or via Cheque through regular post.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Campers, LITs, and first-year staff will be refunded for half of their registration fees if their spot is canceled by May 15th, 2020. After that date, no refund is available.

Special Diets: 

In cooperation with the parents, campers with special diets will be assessed and accommodated on an individual basis.

Cabin-Mate Requests:

If your daughter is new to camp (or easily suffers from homesickness) and would like to share a cabin with a particular girl, please indicate this on the camper information form.  The Camp Directors will do their best to accommodate requests but do not guarantee this will be possible.
